Euronav Belgica & Dixie, on its way to Antarctica
“…The Euronav Belgica sailing yacht is setting sail for the second time from the Belgian port of Nieuwpoort on the 6th of October 07 at 11′ o’clock morning time. Was announced on the official site “In the Wake of the Belgica”:”…the Euronav Belgica will leave the port of Nieuwpoort for Antarctica to continue its journey ‘In the Wake of the Belgica’. Expedition leader Dixie Dansercoer announced: “The boat is back in the water and we are back on track. The expedition continues as planned and we do not anticipate this will delay our arrival in Antarctica…”.
