Merci Barack Obama d’instaurer à la Maison Blanche l’Amour pour l’Arctique!

Le 28 September 2016, et ce juste une année après la visite historique du Président des Etats-Unis Barack Obama en Alaska, son administration va accueillir à la Maison Blanche la 1ère première réunion internationale ministérielle consacrée à l’Arctique, la science et la recherche (The White House Arctic Science Ministerial)!
