Details of a helicopter crash in the freezing Canadian Arctic ocean!

CBC News is reporting the details of an Arctic Canadian Coast Guard Rescue helicopter which on the 9th of September 2013 crashed in M’Clure Strait’s cold & icy waters on the north shore of Banks Island while out on a reconnaissance mission from the icebreaker Amundsen, about 600 kilometres west of Resolute – Nunavut, North of Canada.



Sadly the crash victims died of hypothermia and some of the 3 men weren’t wearing full immersion suits and life-jackets… For further info, read here CBC news article or/& view here below CBC News’ explanation video…
